apparently Luc Bianco claims the British and French flags too,
along with at least 3 other logos that appear on his site that are clearly from another source,
permitted or otherwise, the claim is to everything presented.

Luc Bianco s "claim" appears to be invalidated and the only way to
prevent the use of these images would be you remove your site
from the internet.

I think use on this site would fall under "acceptable usage" guidelines,
true according to Canadian law.

They are very good images and Luc Bianco should be happy that
others are interested in them.

His demands wouldn't stand up in court since 99.9% of his "gallery" can be found almost anyplace on the internet. And I highly doubt he personally took the pictures he has on his site.

Second if they aren't *free* then he should have them in a place where people can download them as such.

The french must have some weirdo's for lawyers there if they are telling him that his copyright is valid.

Actually I just found some of your pictures you claim are yours on the National Geopgraphic and the US Geological Survey website's.

Who is breaking copyright law's now?

The orginal photo's were listed as *Free to use but give photo credit's*
